Fiona's Favorite Poisons

Trichlorophenyalareine (commonly sold under the name of Rat-O-Way) is often difficult to diagnose because the only symptoms are blue fingernails and a slight drooling.

Uba uba uba is an extremely rare poison obtained from the Polynesian uba uba uba tree. It leaves no detectable trace in the body. The only symptom is the hideous uba uba uba grimace at the time of death.

The sap from the Dead End Cactus (Spinus mortifinis) causes death by suffocation. The vocal cords contract; the first noticeable symptom is the pitch of the victim's voice becoming higher. This is quickly followed by a complete constriction of the throat - the victim grabs his or her throat, makes various choking sounds and then falls down dead.
